Propagate Response headers from GitHub to Webcompat-metrics dashboard #109
Description
When querying https://webcompat-metrics.herokuapp.com/data/triage-bugs we are directly talking to the github API but we answer to the browser with webcompat-metrics.herokuapp.com HTTP response which has stripped all headers from GitHub.
