Retro from December 2014 work week
We did a short retrospective on the webcompat.com initiative at the Portland work week in 2014.
Green post-its represent things that are going well Pink are things not going so well Yellow are things that need to change Blue is actions to take to improve the project
We will: -change the way we handle anonymous reports (to improve their relevancy) -rethink the way we talk about contributors on the homepage in an effort to get more! -(Alexa will) create a static style guide -investigate adding screenshots to the webcompat browser extensions (https://github.com/webcompat/webcompat.com/issues/452) -set up an automated header test -create our own local copy of data -think more about our communication strategy (PR, blog, Twitter, A List Apart, Smashing...) -write a more public blog post -fix the label mess both in Github and in the UI -(Mike will) document the code architecture -make performance a priority -make a plan to recruit volunteers (talks, workshops, etc)
