cant publish my element

When I try to publish my element, I get this error:
{"message": "No github URL associated with package", "code": 15}
I don't know what exactly I should do with my package.
My package is open-source and already published in NPM.
for example I can't publish jb-notification

i must mention that my package has a GitHub repo URL in package.json
