Struggling to get init working

This tool looks really useful but I've been struggling to get init to succeed. Right now I'm seeing:

Before it had been succeeding but i don't see any of my requirements or stories documented in the output.

Fixed in v3.2.4 - Added explicit disabled: false to all checkbox choices for Inquirer v12 compatibility. See commits 965e956 and 7e9c28a for details.
