Rush errors are uninformative

For now it's hard to find out what fails the build if it's not javascript:
- SCSS: error stacktrace omitted
- Templates: just pain error (e.g. Syntax Error `<`) nothing more

Notes:
* For scss it's possible to catch `unhandledexception` and see the error.
