Electron Service - Publish Prereleases

We should publish some prereleases for the service in its new home and verify using wdio-electron-service-example.

We have started to migrate to trusted publisher pipelines. I've raised #56 to do this with this repository too. However I recognised that all packages aren't published yet so I updated the token that expired by NPM. I suggest the following:

• retry publishing the packages, it should work now
• let me know once these packages are published
• switch to trusted publisher approach

I will update the token for the community org as well.
