Allow return and cycle

• Now we only support trees (forests), but allow complete recurrent graphs
• It can become Turing complete

BUT it brings some annoying complications.

• Cannot do simple static analysis
• Parameters are no longer immutable
• Infinite loop detection is hard / impossible
