Include Eclipse Mosquitto to the list even it's part of IoT Eclipse #20
Description
Should we include Eclipse Mosquitto™ (An open source MQTT broker and also it's a part of Eclipse Foundation and is an iot.eclipse.org project. that already included to the list) as a separate technology to Frameworks-Tools section? It's common protocol for IoT device communication and I think it's good point to show it in the list.
