get-carbon.org out of date compared latest Carbon pacakges and Carbon.* package releases

The documentation on the get carbon website appears to be out of sync with the current state of the nuget packages and their releases.

The website currently references the latest release and blog as of 2.5.1 to 2.5.4.
It does not mention the migration to future separate nuget packages under the Carbon.* prefix or the release cycles for them.
The documentation on method names has not updated to include the names prefixed with C which came in later versions.

Yes. It is pretty out of date. We have no automation in place to keep it up-to-date. I'm not sure if/when we'll be able to automate that.
