Bug Description

1. Files: Unable to get to the TV's root directory. When using Files if I try to drop down from /home/root to / (actual root of the TV mem) I end up back in /home/root. It only allows navigation to /home/root or /home. This works as expected in the Linux desktop version of the app.
2. Terminal: When the displayed text reaches the on-screen keyboard, it does not scroll up but instead disappears behind the keyboard and goes all the way down to the bottom of the screen behind the keyboard, so you can no longer see what you are typing as it is hidden. This appears to be intermittent, as sometimes it works as expected but more often than not it does not.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open Android dev-manager and connect to TV.
2. Select Files icon at bottom of screen.
3. Try to go to / - takes you back to /home/root.
4. Select Terminal icon at bottom of screen and connect to TV.
5. Press enter or list files until they reach the on-screen keyboard.
6. Continue and the displayed text will disappear behind the keyboard.

Expected Behavior

In Files, I should be able to navigate to /. This is what happens in the PC desktop version.
In Terminal, the text should scroll up so the active line is still visible when the on-screen keyboard is active.
