Allow to rollback or install an old version of app. #387

Description
After an app update or on first install, I would like to be able to select the app version to install.
Motivation
There are cases where an update breaks the whole of part of the functionality. For example right now the latest update of https://github.com/webosbrew/youtube-webos completely broke the extra functionality.
The recommendation is to downgrade for the time being, but there is not option to install an old version in the manager.
