If you are configuring a managed certificate in the hub itself (not a remote CCM/Agent instance) you can choose to use a local managed challenge under Authorization > dns-01 > (Use Managed Challenge), this avoids defining DNS authorization configuration for each managed certificate where there is a common DNS zone being updated.
