[Change]: Minio Replacement

What change would you like to see?

Should Minio be replaced considering the current direction the project is taking? It appears they are stripping community access in terms of builds, docs, and features. FWIW garage appears to be a strong replacement contender. I'm sure others will build images for Minio but yanking image builds without warning is a bit of a red flag for community access.

Thanks for the letting us know - yeah, we've been on an old version of minio for a while now, so this doesn't effect us immediately, but those are some unfortunate decisions. We just need basic S3 compatibility, and will evaluate Garage.
