[Feature]: Profile UI Update

Description

The profile UI could use the following improvements:

For the top bar:

• Show Last Updated By <Crawl> if last update came from a crawl updating the profile, due to ([Feature]: Auto-save profiles after a successful crawl #2924)

For editing existing profile:

• Allow changing the URL, Crawler Channel, Crawler Proxy when configuring the existing profile. It should default to current settings, but allow user to change them. Then, if user saves the profile, the new Crawler Channel + Crawler Proxy will be applied. (This ensure users can test that profile still works with new settings).
• Allow resetting a profile. Launching a new browser to replace existing profile (eg. if old one is corrupt, etc...)
