[Change]: Raise bytelimit on seed file #3075

What change would you like to see?
The 25mb limit on the seed fileis to restrictive. We have seedfiles +150mb extracted form large medias sitemaps for example.
Please raise the limit.
Also it would be great to add the option to point to a url where the seed file is. That would enable dynamic seed files.
