[Bug]: Background job db entries are not deleted when org is deleted #3110

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead?
When an org is deleted, I would expect all database records for background jobs for that org to be deleted as well. Instead, they persist in the database.
In the previous check to ensure that all resources related to an org are deleted when an organization is deleted, we appear to have missed these.
Reproduction instructions
- Delete an org
- Check database and verify background job records for that org are still present
