Flash Replay on Windows

This has been reproduced with Webrecorder Player 1.6.4:

This WARC file was created using Webrecorder.io, with the Firefox 56 remote browser running Flash.

Loading the WARC into Webrecorder Player, the Flash works as expected on Mac OS and Linux builds, but not on Windows.

This screen capture shows the expected behavior:

1. The bottom-center text can be hovered to reveal a translation.
2. The greyscale coats of arms can be hovered, which colorizes the image and produces a blue glow effect.
3. The most top-left coat can be clicked and produces a zooming map animation.

On Windows 10, the Flash applet loads, but the only interaction working is 1.

On Mac OS and Linux, all interactions work as expected. All tested operating systems ran the same release of Webrecorder player.
