Supabase GH Action should reset DB when detecting migration changes

Since this is a demo project, whenever we have migration changes. The DB should fully reset.

I'm not sure if there are direct commands for this, but maybe we would have to execute some SQL to achieve this.

Added a command to the workflow to reset on pushes to main. However, the detection of schema changes doesn't seem to be possible.
