Ref #3632 Now different tags can have own initial attributes. Here added initial attributes to `<a>` and `<form>` which will be replaced with remix components on publish.

Now different tags can have own initial attributes. Here added initial attributes to
<a>and<form>which will be replaced with remix components on publish. Also overriden href, download and target types for links.
