As I said earlier, I don't have long experience in V. I thought V would need the V-Event-Handler like the Go and Python wrappers, but based on your explanation, V doesn't need it. So, yeah, we can keep the actual method. About the main issue of this topic, I still need to do more testing to know if it's a C or V issue. |

}The C code V generates can be checked with For now, there definitely must be some conflict that is introduced by combining one of the libs and modules. I assumed it could be related to civetweb. But all I can do for now are blind shots, hoping to hit something that helps narrowing down the problem. With the help of the V community this might get easier to isolate, they have some great people, so I reached out to Vs discord. I'll leave an update if something brings us closer to a solution. |

Yep it works fine. It turns out it's not only related to the net.http module. I.e. reading the modfile like below in a vwebui application will also cause this runtime error when having a variable of a certain sizes in a bind cb - like the 'a'.repeat(30_000)` above. A clear relations between the things is yet to be found. import vwebui as ui

I'm encountering this with the V wrapper. To find out if this is an issue that is not limited to V, I thought to start here in the general discussions section first.
Issue:
Using webui and doing a network operation in V - like requesting a page - causes a runtime error resulting in a crash.
Collecting from unknown threadit's an error the garbage collector runs into.The example below, requesting
https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/postscauses the error in 10 of 10 tested cases.Requesting a file like
https://hacker-news.firebaseio.com/v0/topstories.jsonwill cause it every now and then. I didn't digged into it deep enough yet, to tell if it's the format or the size that is causing the difference in frequency the error is occurring.Debug LogThe issue is not limited to
net.httpmodule. E.g. if I use a curl binding I'm running into the same issue.I can't get go-webui running atm. @neroist, I hope its not too intrusive to ask if you can test a request like this in nim 😊? When you don't have a free moment I'd check it with nim in the next days as it would be the easiest for me after go and V.
