Support `webui` debug version

The Zig webui wrapper should allow for building and using the debug webui library as a dependency, preferably with an easy to use build option.

Note: we can use root_module.addCMacro to define WEBUI_LOG in debug versions.

However, I am waiting for webui-dev/webui#523, as dropping 0.11.0 would enable merging #70 and avoid duplicating the ever-increasing upstream build.zig featureset.

Well, anyhow this can now be closed with #70 being merged. As of now, building the Zig webui bindings in Debug mode will automatically enable webui C library logs.
