Any chance to change the main language to English? 请问能变更默认语言为英文吗？

Hi I want to advertise this more. Right now there are Chinese comments around the code everywhere which makes it hard for non-chinese speakers/colleagues to understand.

Asks

• Change the default README.md to be english and create a Chinese companion README_cn.md
• Change the language of the code comments to be English. I can send out a PR if this is OK.

嗨，我觉得这个repo值得被更多人知道。现在代码里面都是中文注释，这使得不懂中文的同事难以理解。
