org-noter location type error when trying to insert note in pdf with pdf-view-mode 

I'm getting this error **listp org-noter-pdftools--location** when trying to insert a new note in a buffer in pdf-view-mode 

**steps to reproduce:**
1. go to org buffer 
2. under a heading run org-noter
3. when the pdf runs run org-noter-insert-note

org-noter : 20230404.307
pdf-tools: 20221202.1104
