stylis dependency mismatch with nextJS

NextJS's styled-jsx package is currently still relying on stylis@v3.5.4.

error "stylis" is wrong version: expected "4.2.0", got "3.5.4"

Is there a react-google-places-autocomplete version I can downgrade to that relies on react-select@3.2.0 (react-select@4.0.0 bumps @emotion/react to v11.0.0 which bumps stylis to v4.0)? or any other input on workaround welcome. Thank you
