A question about ChromInfo.txt in FigS2ch

Supplementary-Figure-2ch.Genomic-Coverage.sh calculates hg38cCRE/hg38 total base pairs,chromInfo.txt with chrALT sequence can produce the paper's data 7.9%.Maybe using chrominfo.txt without chrALT could be more accurate,or some cCRE in chrALT,so use chromInfo.txt with chrALT.
