pipeline for analysis of ATAC-seq and chip-seq??

Thank you for a very good resource. My data analysis is chip-seq and ATAC-seq, not DNase-seq. Does your workflow apply to my data? Is there any process you apply specifically to ATAC-seq that I haven't found.
