Update stats on deletion

Great work @wesm 🙌

This is amazing and a much needed solution to manage email. I connected my account and synced emails and purged a bunch of old emails.
The tui however still shows old counts is there a way to force refresh the counts?

Right now deletion only deletes the email on the Gmail side (I designed it to be able to keep my local copy while deleting the remote data). I plan to add a feature (probably the X key) to delete both places — I have some automated github.com email that I don’t care to keep so will probably delete from my msgvault

What about a new logical column that says the msg was deleted, so the stats on the vault , at least tell total from deleted from available .. something like that.

@wesm makes sense. I was able to add a Live (everything non-deleted) view which excludes all the messages that were deleted. +1 on the automated github.com emails, these were the exact same things that prompted this request. If you would like I can open a PR for the Live view feature.
