Add polars feature #16
Description
Should be able to go to/from polars expressions. Polars does not have any substrait support that I'm aware of. May need a separate create for the conversion. Should also investigate polars capabilities to see if there is anything (expression optimization, sql parsing) that we want to integrate with.
