Fixing CoinbaseWalletConnector wallet_addEthereumChain issue

Hi, there is a bug in your official CoinbaseWalletConnector, which causingwallet_addEthereumChain not working.

In this line, should be refined to

if ((error as SwitchNetworkError)?.data?.originalError?.code === 4902) {

In the runtime, when you trying to switch to an unknown network via Coinbase wallet, the error should look like this:

so you will need to create a new type like this:

}
