vite.base supported ?

is use vocs build to release to github pages. here is my config

	},

});

but base seems not work , in dist, initializeTheme and a link no base prefix. such as

   <script src="/initializeTheme.iife.js"></script>
   <a href="/begin"></>

i try to fix, but not successful, here is my work , seems like here is not ok.
i gived basename, but renderToString result html do not process basename;
