Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 can't load config

I feel like I must be missing something obvious but I can't load a .conf file. I moved it onto the shield. In the file picker the file is not selectable. I tried using a different file app which didn't work. I even loaded it onto a webserver and used the "add from url" thinking I might bypass any android nonsense but no luck.

The file itself comes from Mullvad's config generator.

Hmm. Did you try CX File Explorer? It should be able to handle mullvad configs fine.

Thanks. I tried X-plore and some other one I can't remember the name of with no success. CX worked!
