F-Droid Warning About Mirror Server

Hello,

if I add the repo to F-Droid, I get the message, that the URL is of a mirror server of a newer repository and that both repositories will be added (my message is in German so sorry for not providing it word by word).

I assume, that the project has been moved from the zaneschepke namespace to the wireguard namespace, but the URLs haven't been updated.

Alternatively (if the URL is correct), maybe a note on that behavior in the README would be nice.
