Consider using bitnami-docker-wordpress-nginx

Advantages:

• It uses php-fpm, which supposedly helps with server load and thus might help with our downtime. (I tried to use the official wordpress-php-fpm image but it doesn't seem to work out of the box; it needs to be combined with nginx.)
• It installs the WordPress CLI, which would make it easier to install plugins like Classic Editor #8 requests.
