Cloudflare email protection is annoying #498
Description
After submitting an agreement, I got this:
This does not appear to happen on more static pages like https://whatwg.org/sg-policy
Clicking the link takes me to https://participate.whatwg.org/cdn-cgi/l/email-protection#81f2e6c1f6e9e0f5f6e6afeef3e6 which implies I don't have Javascript [sic] enabled in my browser; that is false.
It looks like this can be turned off by editing the "app spec": https://docs.digitalocean.com/support/how-do-i-disable-email-obfuscation-on-my-app-platform-site/ . (Google AI suggests you could also turn it off somewhere on the DigitalOcean dashboard, but I cannot find any actual reference for that so it's probably a hallucination.)
