Description
First of all, thank you for your effort and dedication in developing and improving this emulator. I heard about it a long time ago, but only now I decided to try it and I'm surprised that it currently already runs at full speed even on my Android, which isn't a flagship device, with only a few graphical issues here and there in the games I tested. Now I definitely regret for not having started following this emulator sooner.
In both my Linux PC and Android, the Panda3DS core can't use Vulkan as renderer, it switches to GLCore on PC or GL on Android, and it just crashes if I disable the permission to the core change the default video driver (in RetroArch Main Menu>Settings>Core>Allow Cores to Switch the Video Driver).
GL/OpenGL performance on my Android device is poor, and when using it as renderer there are graphical bugs or crashes in many emulators (Dolphin, Citra/Azahar, Mupen64Plus-Next, just to name a few), so it would be nice if the Panda3DS core could use Vulkan as renderer.
I thought about just commenting on this issue #777, but since it specifically asks for Vulkan as renderer on the Android build and this one is about the Libretro core, I decided to open this new issue. Sorry if it's considered a duplicate of that one.
