net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I am getting the error GET http://localhost:8000/stream net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

I did change the password and the twitter username in the config.js. I am running it in Chrome Version 34.0.1847.116.

Any ideas what could be wrong?
