User information update menu items not working

Feedback from user (Marc):

UI Issues:

• The Reset Password link in the top-right menu is not functioning.

• The Change Email Address feature also fails to work. This is the error message.
  
  

These menu items stopped working when we moved user management to Keycloak.

We can either

• keep the menu items and link it to the appropriate Keycloak functionality (which involves non-trivial effort and also changes in the Keycloak configurations), or
• for the first iCAT-X release (Milestone 8), we could simply hide these options, as the user creation and password reset is available at the time of the sign in, on the landing page.

This is weird. The reset link works for me. This was fixed a while back.

You first get a confirmation dialog (not sure this is really necessary):

Next you get redirected to the keycloak page:

You then get an email...

Hmmm. @matthewhorridge Is this on the Stanford WebProtege or on iCAT-X?
Note that @alexsilaghi in the meantime took out the menu items, because they were not working, and so that it will not confuse the users until we can fix it, but if it works for you, then maybe it is an easy fix and we can get it back in Milestone 9.1 or 9.2.
