Check copy behavior of Form Region IDs

If we can copy form configurations from one project to another, for example if we do a new Git branch from a project, that is (or it would be) a straightforward way of replicating roles/role assignments/form configurations etc. To be checked if this copying is working properly, especially regarding the correspondence of the Form IDs referenced from the role configurations.
