Download ontology, or a specific revision of it, does not work #332
Description
When trying to download the latest version, or any specific revision, of an ontology in iCAT-X, nothing happens. It would be really useful if the dowload would work, and ideally also the "Merge Ontologies" menu item, so that people with admin access could apply external changes when needed (e.g. for some cleaning up operations, such as the one required in #330 )
