Removing entries from allowed value sets of postcoordination axes fails #353

Description

@csnyulas

Reported by users (Eva and @cannn):

Removing entries from the allowed value set of a specific a postcoordination axis, takes no effect after being saved.

Sample examples where provided by the user, for example, removing "Salmonella Panama (duplicate term)" from the list of allowed "Infectious Agents" of Salmonella enteritis, or the value "Psychogenic movement disorders" of "Has Causing Condition" of "Secondary stereotypy", was not saved

To reproduce, we have recreated the full list of value sets for the allowed "Infectious Agents" of "Salmonella enteritis" on the WHOFIC Foundation 2025.05.01 (TESTING ) project. Follow these steps to observe the issue:

  • Select the above entity and go to the Postcoordination tab
  • Press the "Edit" button to enter Editing mode
  • Remove one value, for example the last one "Salmonella Typhi", from the list of allowed "Infectious Agents"
  • (optional) Remove the only value "Antibiotic resistant Salmonella" from the allowed "Associated With" axis
  • Press the "Apply edits" button and reload the entity

Observe that any and all values deleted before are still there.
