Use animation on way rather than static arrow

Upgrade the rendering of the selected way to use an ant crawl animation like Relatify or similar. The SVG arrow doesn't look great.

I quite like the arrows for being able to glance quickly at the way. Maybe it could be a toggle?

Though I agree the arrows could be made to look nicer (maybe smaller and slightly more often?)
