Editing Description

I could not figure it out.
How to jump to Info tab? I know I can jump to Details by pressing 3

And then how to navigate to Description, edit it and save?

I believe the linked PR only addressed the first part of this discussion (the hotkey). There doesn't appear to be a way to edit/save the description of a ticket.
