Disable Wikipedia:Teahouse/AfC Invitation on reject #453

Current behaviour
When rejecting a draft on a Userpage with no prior AfC reviews, the Wikipedia:Teahouse/AfC Invitation template is transcluded.
The issue
The template is misleading, containing the phrase "Having an article draft declined at Articles for Creation can be disappointing. If you are wondering why your article submission was declined".
Expected behaviour
Disable the transclusion of this template when rejecting a draft.
