api/map endpoint

Nothing very important, but when you clone without meta data, the api/map endpoint is not working because there are no meta data.
It would be nice to change under app/cgi-bin/map the query from out meta; to just out;
This endpoint is quiet nice to download extracts from overpass.

out meta is used, to get last update time to detect, whether updates work or not.
