Build using windows-latest fails with a timeout error #15
Description
Running the build action which uses the windows-latest image, the build fails with a timeout error.
Re-running the jobs the error disappear. Also trying to reproduce on a local environment (Windows 10 Build 18363.778, .NET Core SDK 3.1.201) I was not able to reproduce this issue.
