Seeing this problem as well. Although the real error is at the beginning of the output, not the end:

Couldn't init a GPU test: Error (gpu_burn-drv.cpp:113): device kernel image is invalid

In my case, the error message is;
Couldn't init a GPU test: Error in load module (gpu_burn-drv.cpp:239): the provided PTX was compiled with an unsupported toolchain.
