Cannot stop Autoheal from restarting container..

All,
I'm running a dockerized verison of openproject, and this autoheal script is included inside. Everytime, I try to stop openproject's container, it restarts within seconds... I presume this is the autoheal script which just restarts the application over and over. I've tried to disable autoheal by commenting it out in docker-compose.yml and then doing a "docker-compose down", and then the container never shuts down. Can anyone provide some insight?
