Autoheal - added to Unraid community apps #139

Hi @willfarrell , I just wanted to send a curtesy notification that I have added Autoheal to the community apps store on Unraid. All the links for this go to your GitHub site. Everything is still pulled the same way and no new images were created. This is really just a regsitry entry so that autoheal shows up in the Unraid store.
If you have any issues with this, I will immediately remove it. Alternatively, I am happy to share the Unraid template I created for this, so that you can do this yourself. I use this app as part of my go-to docker apps, and wanted to share the app with others. :)

p.s I didnt have a logo to use, so i made a generic one. Let me know if you prefer something else.
