Please add tzdata package to allow timezone setting

Dockerfile:

From: RUN apk add --no-cache curl jq
To: RUN apk add --no-cache curl jq tzdata

Second this. I tried mapping the local timezone to the container with volumes:

- /etc/timezone:/etc/timezone:ro
- /etc/localtime:/etc/localtime:ro

But that seems to not have had any effect:

% docker exec autoheal date
Wed Mar 12 14:29:22 UTC 2025

Would be much easier to just set the TZ environment variable.

For now, I am just using my own Dockerfile, but it’s a bit annoying to need a Dockerfile just to install tzdata.
