How can I use Actions-Tags to add quick key to open attachments for an item in the reader mode?

Now I add the zoteroExcalidraw plugin and can create Excalidraw attachment for an item. If in the pdf reader mode, how can I use 'Actions-Tags' function to open the corresponding excalidraw attachment for the current active item? If there is no such excalidraw file, I expected it to be created automatically. How can this be achieved using 'Actions-Tags'?
